- Fresh ginger root (3-4cm)

Instructions:
Wash the lemons and cut them into slices. Then, prepare the garlic by separating the cloves and peeling them. Peel the ginger toot and cut a piece of 3-4 cm. Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend well.
Then, add the water into the blended mixture and bring it to boil. Stir all the time. Remove from the stove and allow it to cool. In the end, strain the mixture and transfer into glass bottles.
Consumption:
This remedy should be consumed on daily basis. Drink one glass on an empty stomach or two hours prior having a meal. There is no need to worry about the strong smell of the garlic, as the both lemons, water and the cooking process itself will neutralize the odor.
