3-Ingredients Smoothie to Strengthen Up Knee Tendons and Ligaments

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup organic orange juice
  • 7 gr cinnamon
  • 2 cup oatmeal

  • 2 cups sliced, pineapple chunks

Method of preparation:
