The food that you consume can have either positive or negative effect over your sexual life. In other words it is really important what you choose to consume when you are planning to have a hot night.

Food has incredibly big effect over our lives, not only that it affects our physical health but it also has an effect on our emotions. There are numerous factors that have an effect over our libido some of them are: stress, financial worries, our working hours and the most important for us the food that we consume. For example fresh fruits and vegetables can help us to improve our mood and energy, and with that our desire for sex.

On the other hand, experts claim that there are certain types of food that should be avoided especially tofu, beans, peas, broccoli and oatmeal. Although they are good for our health they have negative effect over our sexual life.

Broccoli contains sugar similar to the beans and makes us feel swell and fart. Red meat should be also avoided. The reason is that it makes us feel lethargic and surfeit. Similar effects have some other foods like chocolate, cheese, frankfurter, peppermint and French fries. All these foods if consumed in big amounts can decrease testosterone, and that is the last thing that you want to happen to you while you are in action.
