Baking Queen Wows The Internet With Simple Recipe For Red Velvet Brownies

Brownies are always a good idea, and Eloise Head combines her delicious red velvet base with delicious cream cheese icing

Eloise Head has attracted the attention of millions of Instagram users, and this time she surprised fans with her red velvet brownies. According to her followers, this is the best recipe Head has ever shared.

The 26-year-old has founded FitWaffle Kitchen to share easy-to-make recipes. It takes a few minutes for you to prepare her desserts.

The amateur chef uses regular cookie ingredients to make her brownies. You know, eggs, flour, sugar, butter… Head loves the cream cheese icing but says it’s optional. Her brownies taste great even without the mouthwatering icing.

To prepare her brownies, Head melts her butter and whisks in some granulated sugar. She adds an egg, egg yolk, vanilla extract, and red food coloring to the mixture. The dry ingredients are added next, and Head finishes the recipe with a teaspoon of lemon juice and white chocolate chips.

Everything is mixed carefully and then spread into one layer on a baking tray. Don’t forget to line the baking tray with parchment paper. Bake the brownies for 30 minutes in a 160 degrees (C) oven.

Now put your hands on the cream cheese icing.

Whisk your butter and cream cheese and then add some vanilla extract. Add icing sugar gradually. Spread the icing on your cooled brownies and cut the perfect slices. Eat them in the next three days! We bet you’ll smash them in a day!

People were delighted to try the recipe, and the comments section was filled with words of praise.

“Please, please someone do this for me,” a woman wrote.

Head may be an amateur, but her cooking skills are out of this world.

“I always struggle with cream cheese frosting going lumpy – yours looks so nice and smooth and thick,” another user wrote.

Head’s red velvet brownies are easy to make, and they are as delicious as her Nutella brownies. For this recipe, she uses 90g of plain biscuits, 250g of icing sugar, 120g of butter, 200g of white chocolate, and 300g of the iconic chocolate and hazelnut spread.

Be careful, these brownies may be “addictive” if you have a sweet tooth. Head combines biscuits and melted butter and adds in the icing sugar. She adds 250g of Nutella and mixes everything together. The mixture is layered onto a baking sheet. Head melts white chocolate and smears it over the brownies. In the final step, she melts 50g of Nutella and drizzles it on top of the brownies.
