Ingredients
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ½ cup onion, diced
- ½ lb. ssparagus, chopped
- ½ lb. Broccoli florets
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 6 cups bone broth
- salt and pepper to taste
- ¼ cup coconut cream
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp tarragon, chopped
You will need a large stock pot, food processor and a small mixing bowl.

Saute your onions over medium heat for 4-5 minutes until they are translucent. Sear the asparagus and broccoli until golden (3 minutes) and add the garlic. Trust your nose. This will take you about 20-25 minutes. Season to taste.
