- Walk like that as long as you can sustain without breathe. After that sit straight and concentrate on your breathing
- Release your nose and go on with your usual breathing throughout the nose (do not take deep breaths), and keep your mouth closed. Take a small inhale and relax all the respiratory muscles.
- Repeat the inhalation again. With every following inhalation practice the reduced breathing with relaxed muscles.
- Your aim is to keep your body without enough air for 2 or 3 minutes, while at the same time all of your muscles are totally telexed. It is alright if there is a frequent breathing during the exercise.
The exercise may seem too easy to be successful but we assure you that it really works. And the most important thing about it is to close your mouth and breathe throughout the nose after you clear it.
