A recent groundbreaking study has found that plants could absorb energy from other plants, and these findings have stimulated scientists to investigate further and find out if people can absorb energy from one another in a similar way.
The study was led by Dr. Olaf Kruse, and the research team provided evidence that the green alga Chlamydomonas reinhardtii can not only engage in photosynthesis, but that it is also able to draw an alternative energy form, from various other plants located near it.
Plants need water, food, carbon dioxide, and sunlight in order to grow, just like we need the energy from food, sunlight, oxygen, and minerals from water.
The team of researchers planted the tiny green alga species and observed it during for some period of time, during which it did not receive its typical sources of energy. The plants started absorbing energies from single-cell plants located around them. This was enabled by creating enzymes which digested the cellulose from the other plants.
Dr. Kruse says:
“This is the first time that such a behavior has been confirmed in a vegetable organism. That algae can digest cellulose contradicts every previous textbook. To a certain extent, what we are seeing is plants eating plants.”
Continuing, he compared the behavior to human beings. “This is exactly why there are certain people who feel uncomfortable in specific group settings where there is a mix of energy and emotions.”
While speaking in regards to how this discovery would affect scientific studies on humans and how they could possibly feed off of one another, Dr. Olivia Badar-Lee explained,
“When energy studies become more advanced in the coming years, we will eventually see this translated to human beings as well. The human organism is very much like a plant, it draws needed energy to feed emotional states and this can essentially energize cells or cause increases in cortisol and catabolize cells depending on the emotional trigger.”
Furthermore, according to her, she believes that it would be the perfect time to now begin to explore the field of bioenergy:
“Human can absorb and heal through other humans, animals, and any part of nature. That’s why being around nature is often uplifting and energizing for so many people”.
Therefore, in order to protect yourself from potential energy drains, consider the tips below:
Steer Clear of Negativity
You need to stay away from people, places, and things that make you feel bad and bring negativity in your life.
Cleanse Yourself
People have valued such practices for centuries. In order to cleanse your body from negative energy, enjoy a warm bath with sea salt, or use a sage stick.
Start Grounding
The earth balances our energies, so whenever you feel drained, take a walk barefoot, or simply sit on the ground.
Additionally, Michael Forrester, a popular spiritual counselor and a practicing motivational speaker for corporations in Japan, Canada, and the United States, advises:
“Own your personal aura space
We each have an energetic aura surrounding our body. If we don’t own this personal space we are vulnerable to foreign energy entering it. Become aware of your aura boundaries (about an arm’s length away from your body all the way around, above and below) as a way to own your personal space.
Give yourself an energy cleanse
The color gold has a high vibration which is useful for clearing away foreign energy. Imagine a gold shower nozzle at the top of your aura (a few feet above your head) and turn it on, allowing clear gold energy to flow through your aura and body space and release down your grounding. You will immediately feel cleansed and refreshed.
Call back your energy
When we have our energy in our own space there is less room for other’s energy to enter. But as we focus on other people and projects we sometimes spread our energy around. Create an image of a clear gold sun several feet above your head and let it be a magnet, attracting all of your energy back into it (and purifying it in the gold energy). Then bring it down through the top of your aura and into your body space, releasing your energy back into your personal space.”Humans Draw Energy From Each Other The Same Way Plants Do
