Recipe of Lazy Diet
Ingredients:
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1cup/ 8oz/ 237 ml Water
- 2 tsp Honey
Method of preparation:
The rule for preparation of this is to use 2 parts of raw honey and 1 part of cinnamon. Suggestion: use 1 tsp cinnamon to 2 tsp honey.
Heat the water until it starts boiling. Put the cinnamon in a cup and pour the water over it. Leave it like that for some time to cool down, but make sure that it is warm enough so that you can drink it.
Only after the water gets cool add the honey, because otherwise it will lose its enzymes and the nutrients that are of huge importance.
Consumption: drink half of this drink in the evening before sleeping and the other half in the morning on empty stomach because only in that way it will be effective. Keep the drink covered in the fridge.
Note! Do not add any flavors to the drink.
