Buddhist and Hindu groups founded the discipline for spiritual meditation and used it as a prayer for really long time.
Yoga is efficient and powerful
Studies have confirmed the physical and psychological effect of yoga. Yoga reduces the effect of risk factors and improves the psychological healing. Asana yoga practice balances your thyroid. This gland is important for your immune response, and determines the impact chemicals have on your organs.
We give you 2 simple Asana yoga poses:
1. Sarvanga Asana
Asana stands for “staying still” and sarvanga is “entire body.” Sarvangasana is a shoulder stand in which your body is set into a still posture.
It’s the best way to improve your circulation and optimize the function of your thyroid gland. The pressure affects your nervous system and generates the activity in the pituitary gland and pineal glands.

Lie on your back and elevate your hands towards the ceiling. Place your hands on the lower back, and elevate your hips even more. Keep your legs straight and place your elbows on the ground to support your body.
Your thyroid will be pressed towards the chin, and you should keep your body in a stable and straight vertical line.
Support your body on your shoulders and biceps. Breathe steadily and take deep breaths.
